The Department of Oceanography at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU), Kaohsiung, Taiwan, invites applications for one to two tenure-track faculty positions in Marine Biology, Ecology, or Biological Oceanography. Located on the scenic Kaohsiung coastline, NSYSU offers excellent research facilities, access to an 800-ton research vessel, and proximity to highly diverse subtropical marine ecosystems. We especially welcome candidates whose research focuses on marine organisms, particularly marine invertebrates, and who integrate organismal biology with broader themes such as biodiversity, evolution, physiology, symbiosis, or marine ecosystem function. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, have a strong publication record, and be able to teach in both Mandarin and English.
